I have been in the Senior Health Market for over 11 years, starting with a captive company; and for several years now as an independent broker.  Coming from the captive world, 4 A Benchmark has taken the best of both worlds; by having a solid training program for new agents wanting to sell life insurance to Medicare health plans.  Plus offering the highest commission rates of any agency I came across. I’ve been in the sales industry for over 30 years, and to be quite honest, I’m not easily impressed. It seems like opportunities are “make or break” based on four things: product, training, support, and leadership.
